WayFinders released time bible education will be launched for Grades 1-2, beginning October 2025! The after school bible study start date for grades 5-8 will be announced soon after school starts.
Released Time Bible Education is an opportunity legalized by the Supreme Court back in 1952 that allows schoolchildren to study the bible during the school day. In 2014, it was written into Ohio law, HB 171 (ORC 3313.6022). As long as classes are held off school property, classes are provided using NO Government funds, AND parents provide written consent, our community’s schoolchildren can enjoy the opportunity to learn biblical Truth during the school day.
