Our work in France began in 2011 as we sent our first team, the Braun family, to Paris and Nancy. Our work in Paris is centered in the 19th arrondissement where there is a large North African immigrant population coupled with a devout Jewish population, resulting in an area that reflects the religious tension felt worldwide. Our calling in this area of Paris is prayer. We are standing in the gap for God's chosen people that they would recognize Jesus Christ as the Messiah and in turn share the gospel with their Muslim neighbors. We are also praying that the Word of the Lord is revealed in dreams and visions to the Muslims, who will go out and preach the good news to all. Above all, the the power of prayer is needed in this small, but populous, quarter of the most visited city in the world.

In Nancy, we are delighted to be in fellowship with Pasteur Pierre-Yves and his wife Valerie at Un Chant Nouveau. Upon meeting and corresponding with these devoted followers of Christ a true camaraderie was birthed. Un Chant Nouveau is a vibrant church in the city center of Nancy, France which is 1.5 hours from Paris by train. Like their name suggests, one of their greatest passions is to worship and to glorify the Lord through song. Our team was greatly encouraged and blessed by the generous and welcoming spirit of the French believers. We are praying for many more opportunities to fellowship with Pasteurs Pierre-Yves, Valerie and all the believers at Un Chant Nouveau.
