The mission of the children’s ministry at Family Christian Center is to help train and equip any child who comes to Family Christian Center with the truths of God’s Word by being a support to the training the children receive at home.  We equip our teachers to teach and model the Biblical truths outlined in the curriculum (and beyond) by ministering to the children out of the outpouring of their own relationship with God so their teaching is real and personal.  We also connect with parents and give them opportunities to be involved in what their children are learning at FCC.

Our heart is to love and serve the children at FCC and to teach them how to love and serve others through the power of the Holy Spirit.  They also have the opportunity to interact and build relationships with one another during our weekly activities.

Since the safety of our children is very important to us, we require that anyone who teaches or works with the children go through a process that involves a background check, attendance at FCC for at least 6 months, membership (or seeking membership), and interview.

Weekly Activities: 

• Mondays:  Children’s Bible Study at Woodside Terrace’s Community Center at 6 PM for children 4 years through 5th grades
• Wednesdays:  4SQ Kids at FCC at 7PM during Prayer and Praise for K-5th graders.  The nursery is also open for the younger children.
• Saturdays: French Children’s Bible Study at 11AM, at the Church
    Visit the blog.
• Sundays:  Nursery and children’s church are available after worship.  Nursery is for children up to the age of 2 years and the three children’s church classes organized by age/grade are for children ages 2 years through 5th grade.
